It wasn't until my youngest child had been diagnosed with Autism that I found myself needing help and support more than ever. As like so many parents of children with Autism (or other special needs), my family seemed to be in crisis. With the help and support of others, I was able to rebuild and redefine personal development. Along my journey, I encountered many parents who faced similar challenges. Overwhelmed by stress, anxious about the future and putting their own needs on the back burner while caring for their loved one(s). That's when my focus shifted to helping families in any way that I could. And there is no better way to start than with wellness!
