Change up the setting inside the Hotel's Archetype studio. Explore Personal Growth. No previous yoga experience required. Let us guide you through gentle and fun practices that will help you manage stress and calm anxiety. This experience can be exactly what you make it. Participation encouraged, not required. All we ask is that you come with an open mind and no judgement. This is your time. Time to relax, refresh, recharge.

SESSION 1

Mindfulness and Yoga 101

Yoga and mindfulness have been proven to help improve focus, decrease anxiety levels and increase self-awareness.
The effects are not just mental either; they can also be seen physically by making you feel more relaxed through slow movements or deep breathing exercises. In this session we'll explore the basics of yoga and mindfulness and how to apply these techniques in your personal and professional lives:

  • Education on mindfulness and how it can be applied both personally and professionally
  • Learn and explore the basics of yoga (at your own comfort level; no expectations.)
  • Individual and group mindfulness activities 

The benefits of Yoga and mindfulness are well documented. It can help you sleep better, be more focused during work or school hours as well as reduce stress levels in your everyday life!

SESSION 2

Stress Management

This session will include a number of engaging topics that are sure to keep you relaxed and happy. Learning to manage your stress is important so you can reach the goals that matter most. The good news? There are many ways for people of all ages and backgrounds find relief from their daily pressures, both physical or mental. In this session we will explore:

  • Understanding stress
  • Coping and managing stress
  • Stress Prevention
  • Self-care activities such as meditation, yoga & breathing exercises

Helping you to learn how your stress affects the way that you live, work and play.

SESSION 3

Emotional Intelligence 

In the digital age, emotional intelligence (EI) has become more important than ever before. When it comes to communicating with people in today's world there are many channels that you can use - but not all of them will give good results for your desired outcome! In this session, we'll go through:

  • Self-awareness
  • Self-regulation 
  • Social Skills
  • Empathy
  • Group activities structured implement the above skillset to improve teamwork and learning to deal with difficult people

Working with people on both a professional and personal level is crucial for success.

SESSION 4

Work-Life Balance

Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is essential for the modern employee. With so many demands on an employee's time, it is no wonder that they can feel burnt out. This session gives employees the tools and techniques to succeed in their careers as well as personal life. We know how important balance really is!
